Dr. Abdo, uzun süredir kamuoyuna konuşmadınız. Bu sessizliğinizin sebebi nedir?

Titanium Capital’ın Arap Ligi, Arap Mucitler ve Afrika Gıda Sepeti Federasyonu ile yürüttüğü çalışmalara yoğun bir şekilde odaklandım—yapılar, sistemler ve güven inşa ediyorduk. Ancak Titanium çalışmalarımızı kamuoyuyla paylaşınca her şey değişti. Ortalık karıştı—siyaset, müdahaleler, yanlış bilgiler... Yine de yolumdan sapmadım. Önce Wells Fargo’nun küresel çapta 20 milyar dolarlık sözleşmeleri mahvetmesiyle başladı; ardından Regent Bank, First Citizens Bank ve diğerleriyle devam etti. Artık açıktı—bu sadece adil bir rekabet değildi. Bu sabotajdı.

Ve şimdi kişisel ya da profesyonel olarak sizi tanıyanların inanmakta zorlanacağı çok ciddi iddialar gündemde. Ne oluyor?

Dürüst olmak gerekirse, SEC'in (ABD Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu) iddialarını okuduğumda şoke oldum. Sanki başka birinden bahsediyorlardı. Hiçbir zaman menkul kıymet satmadık. Aslında 2015, 2018 ve 2022’de SEC’e başvuruda bulunduk—ve herhangi bir itiraz olmadı. Ama birdenbire, Aralık 2023’te bizi suçlamaya karar verdiler—ve ancak yalan olarak tanımlayabileceğim şeyler yayınladılar. Bu yalanlar, insanlığın düşmanları olduğuna inandığım, bizim düşmanlarımızın amaçlarına hizmet ediyordu.

Arap mucitlerle başlayalım.

Akıllıca bir seçim.

2013 yılında, henüz fon bile kurulmamışken, Arap Ligi aracılığıyla tüm Arap ülkelerini tek bir  plan etrafında birleştirmeyi başardık—on binlerce fabrika kurarak Arap patentlerini küresel pazara sunulacak ürünlere dönüştürmek. Bu bir dönüm noktasıydı. Birden herkes gözünü bize dikti—ama hepsi iyi niyetli değildi. Bu insanlar ve ülkeleri için yaratılacak refahı hayal edebiliyor musunuz? 100’den fazla ülkede operasyonlarımız vardı. Küresel projelere liderlik ediyorduk—Arap Mucitler için kurulan fabrikalar gibi, ki bu on binlerce patent ve mucidi kapsıyordu. Bu icatların bazıları çoktan hayata geçirilmiş, finanse edilmiş ve üretime geçmişti—bunlardan biri yeni teknolojiyle geliştirilen bir elektrikli arabaydı. Bu fikirler endüstrileri değiştirebilir, yerel ekonomiler yaratabilir ve toplulukları dönüştürebilirdi.

Afrika Gıda Sepeti Federasyonu hakkında ne söyleyebilirsiniz?

2011 yılında Afrika’da çalışmaya başladık, sistemin ne kadar yozlaşmış olduğunu fark etmeden. Dürüst olmak gerekirse, Afrika’ya “yardım” edeceğini söyleyen küresel iradeye kandık. Gerçek yapıyı anlamamız on yılımızı aldı. Afrika Birliği ile iş birliği içinde Afrika Gıda Sepeti Federasyonu’nu başlattık—kıtadaki açlıkla mücadele etmeyi ve gıda güvenliği sağlamayı amaçlayan kıtasal bir strateji. Yüz milyonlarca insan bu projeden fayda görecekti—fakirlik döngüsünden çıkabilecek aileler. Ama bu çalışmalar şimdi durdu. Ortaklıklar çöktü. Projeler donduruldu. Ve insanlar acı çekiyor. Sonunda Afrika Birliği ile bir Mutabakat Zaptı imzaladık ve her şeye sıfırdan başladık. Hapsedildiğim zamana geldiğimizde, 55 Afrika ülkesinde yürüttüğümüz projelerin toplam değeri 1 trilyon doları aşmıştı. Ayrıntılar için Genel Müdürümüz Dr. Adepoju Diana ile konuşmalısınız. Kendi acımı taşıyabilirim—tüm kaynaklarımdan, işlerimden, dostlarımdan ve ailemden koparıldım. Kendi annemin cenazesine bile katılamadım. Hakkımdaki yalanlara, kamuoyu önünde yürütülen karalamaya göğüs gerdim. Ama en çok içimi acıtan, benim yüzümden dünyada pek çok insanın acı çekiyor olması. Ve neden? Bazı insanlar yaptıklarımı beğenmedikleri için mi? Yoksa bu işleri benim yapmamam gerektiğini düşündükleri için mi? Çünkü küçük bir ülke olan Lübnan’dan geliyorum, kraliyet soyum yok ve hiçbir politikacı tarafından desteklenmiyorum diye mi???

Sizce neden bunlar başınıza geldi?

Çünkü bazı insanlar bu denli büyük bir etkiyi kendi kontrolleri dışında kabul edemezdi. İnsan açgözlülüğü—ve bence, ırkçılık. Belki Arap karşıtı bir tutum da vardır, bilemiyorum. Kötü niyetli insanlar nasıl düşünüyor, gerçekten anlamıyorum. Mesele özünde açgözlülük ve evet, ırkçılık. Ne yazık ki, bazı insanlar politik destek almamış ya da kraliyet soyuna sahip olmayan birinin milyarlar yaratabileceğine—ya da yaratmaması gerektiğine—inanmıyor. Ama çevrenize bir bakın—bazı internet siteleri yüz milyonlarca dolar değer biçiliyor, oysa insanlığa tek katkıları bazı ünlülerin öğle yemeğinde ne yediğini ya da öğleden sonra ne yapacaklarını bildirmek. Biz ise insana gerçek katkı sağlayan işler yaparken neden daha düşük değerlendirmelere layık görülüyoruz? Neden biz olamayalım?

İddialara dönersek… Size karşı bir saadet zinciri kurduğunuz ileri sürülüyor.

Saçmalık. (gülerek) Amerika’da bir saadet zinciri kurmuşum… sonra da kendimi yönetici, CFO ve direktör olarak listelemişim. Ciddi misiniz? Bunu kim yapar? Sürekli ABD’ye girip çıkıp para istiyormuşum. Kim böyle aptalca riskler alır? Kişisel olarak birkaç yüz bin dolardan faydalanmışım… Bakın—2006 yılında ABD’de açtığım ilk hesap Goldman Sachs’taydı—43 milyon dolardı. Malezya’daki ilk hesabımda ise 14 milyon dolar vardı. O zamandan bu yana küresel projeler başlattık, büyük küresel etkinliklere sponsor olduk, yüz milyonlarca dolar yatırım yaptık. Şimdi bir saadet zinciri mi başlatacağım??? Ve neden? Birkaç yüz bin dolar için mi? (Tiksintiyle tükürür) Utanç verici.

PEKİ, O ZAMAN NE OLDU?

Öncelikle hâkim karşısında ülkeyi terk ettiğimi söylediler—sözde bir soruşturma olduğunu biliyorken kaçıyormuşum. Ama gerçek şu ki, vize yenilemek için birçok ülkedeki Amerikan elçiliklerine koşarak giden bendim—ABD’ye geri dönüp adımı temize çıkarmak istiyordum. Soruşturmayı öğrendikten sonra üç kez ABD’ye geldim, durumu açıklığa kavuşturmak için.

Bazı ayrıntılara girebilir miyiz?

Kasım 2023’te havalimanında tutuklandım. Hiçbir mahkeme kararı olmadan cihazlarımı el koydular. Bir FBI ajanı, beni gözaltında tutabilmek için yemin altında yalan söyledi. Bu FBI ajanının benimle doğrudan konuşma fırsatı vardı ama korkakça davranarak bunu yapmadı—oysa ben her zaman ulaşılabilirdim. Savcı da yargıçlara yalan söyledi. Yalan üstüne yalan söylediler; bana yardım etmeye çalışan herkesi kandırdılar. Amaç, kefaletle serbest kalmamı engellemekti ve bunu 77 gün boyunca başardılar. Bu 77 gün boyunca tıbbi yardım almadan, ölüme terk edildim. Yalanlar bununla da bitmedi. Serbest kaldıktan sonra bile, her duruşmada ve dilekçede hâkimi yanıltmaya devam ettiler. Yatırımcı sayısını iki katına çıkardılar, kurumlarımızın aktif olmadığını, çalışanlarımızın olmadığını, hatta üniversitemizdeki öğrencilerin varlığını bile inkâr ettiler. Ayrıca portföyümüzün sahte olduğunu iddia ettiler. (Gülerek) Ben bile şüpheye düştüm, acaba ben var mıyım diye aynaya bakmak zorunda kaldım. Kefaletle serbest bırakıldığımda, dünya çapındaki tüm hesaplarım—kripto dahil— dondurulmuştu. ABD’de mahsur kaldım, sadece arkadaşlarımın ve ailemin cömertliğiyle hayatta kalabildim. ABD adalet sistemine karşı beni savunabilecek bir avukat bile tutamıyordum. Her avukatla anlaştığımda bir şeyler oldu; dava sürecimde kaç hâkimin değiştirildiğini biliyor musunuz?

Ama suçlamaları kabul ettiniz mi?

Bunu açıkça ifade edeyim: İddia edilen suçlamalardan suçlu değilim. Tam anlamıyla masumum ve bu konuda ısrarcıyım. Adil koşullar sağlanırsa bunu hâlâ kanıtlayabilirim. Avukatıma açıkça söyledim: “Suçlu olduğumu kabul etmeyeceğim. Yalan söylemem.” O ise şöyle dedi: Eğer suçumu kabul edersem sadece “bir yatırımcıdan 15.000 dolar alıp, biriyle buluşmak üzere adresimi verdiğimi” kabul etmiş olacağım. Bu da zaten doğruydu. Avukatım bunun sadece savunmamı hazırlamak için zaman kazandıracağını söyledi. Savunmaya hazır olmamasının sorumluluğunu üstleneceğine ve hemen suçlamayı geri çekmek için dilekçe vereceğine söz verdi. Muhasebe kayıtlarımı dava gününe kadar teslim etmediler. Hâkime, bunların önceden verildiği yalanını söylediler. Finansal suçlamalara karşı gerçek kayıtlar olmadan nasıl savunma yapabilirdim? Bu yüzden avukatımın istediğini yaptım. Gerçek şu ki, söz konusu fondaki en büyük yatırımcı benim. Onların “aldım” dediği miktarın iki katını yatırdım. Ama bunu kanıtlama şansım olmadı. “Tesadüfen” savcılık, tanıklarımızı çürüteceğimizi anladığında tanıklarının çoğunu geri çekti. Hiçbir zaman adli muhasebeci çağırmadılar. Benim tanıklarımı mahkemeye çağırmadılar. Hatta tanıklarımdan birini ve ailesini hapse atmakla, sınır dışı etmekle tehdit ettiler. Saygı duyduğum ve onurlandırdığım dört kadın tanığın özel hayatını ifşa etmeye çalıştılar—bu, benim etik değerlerime tamamen aykırıdır. Avukatım—dava tarihinden sadece 48 saat önce benimle görüştü—bana sadece 15.000 doları aldığımı kabul etmemi söyledi. Hepsi buymuş. Dava sonrası 79 gün boyunca kendisine telefon ve e-posta yoluyla ulaşmaya çalıştım. Bana verdiği hiçbir sözü tutmadı, hiçbir dilekçeyi mahkemeye sunmadı. Sonra, cezadan iki hafta önce, artık işe aldığım hukuk firmasında bile çalışmadığını öğrendim. Yeni bir avukat atandı. Ceza duruşması ertelendi. Ve 4 Nisan 2025’te tekrar tutuklandım.

Peki şimdi beklentiniz nedir?

Hâlâ federal yargıcın dürüstlüğüne inanıyorum. 30 yılı aşkın deneyimi var. Adaleti sağlayacağına güveniyorum. Gerçek şu ki, bugüne kadar, karşı tarafın yalanlarını çürüten ve masumiyetimi açıkça ispatlayan delilleri sunmama hiç izin verilmedi. Ama en nihai güvenim, göklerin ve yerin yaratıcısı olan yüce hâkime, yani Allah’a.

NTERVIEW WITH DR. HENRY ABDO

Interviewer: Dr. Abdo, it has been a long time since we’ve heard from you publicly. What is the reason behind your silence?

Dr. Abdo: I’ve been deeply focused on Titanium Capital’s work with the Arab League and the Arab Inventors and the African Federation Food Basket—building structures, systems, and trust. But when Titanium went public with our efforts, everything changed. It got messy—politics, interference, misinformation. Still, I stayed on the course.

Then after your article mentioned “Titanium Capital Bank is coming to take over”, rumors began circulating, and I realized how far the narrative had been twisted. First, it was Wells Fargo ruining over 20 billion dollars in global contracts; then drama continued with Regent Bank, First Citizens Bank, and others. It became clear—this wasn’t just fair business. It was sabotage.

Interviewer: And now there are serious allegations that are impossible to believe for anyone who knows you personally or professionally. What is going on?

Dr. Abdo: Honestly, I was shocked when I read the SEC’s allegations. It was like they were describing someone else. We never sold any securities. In fact, we filed with the SEC in 2015, 2018, and 2022—and there were no objections. But suddenly, in December 2023, they decided to accuse us—and posted what I can only describe as lies, serving the agendas of our enemies, whom I believe are the enemies of humanity.

Interviewer: I can’t even imagine the amount of damage caused to you and your esteemed colleagues!!

Interviewer: Let’s be direct, then. If we never get another chance to ask—can you share the expected losses in dollars and people harmed?

Dr. Abdo: That was the goal from the very beginning. Where do you want me to start?

Interviewer: Let’s start with the Arab inventors

Dr. Abdo: Smart choice

We made history through the Arab League, in 2013, before even the fund was established, convincing all Arab countries to unite on one plan—building tens of thousands of factories to turn Arab patents into products for global consumption. That was a turning point. Suddenly, all eyes were on us—and not all with good intentions. Can you imagine the prosperity generated for these people and their countries?

We had operations in over 100 countries. We were leading global projects—like the factories for the  Arab Inventors, which involved tens of thousands of patents and inventors. Some of these inventions were already in place ,and financed and brought into production—(one of them was a new electric car, using new technology) ideas that could have shifted industries, created local economies, and transformed communities.

Interviewer: What about the African Food Basket Federation

Dr Abdo: We began working in Africa in 2011, not realizing how deep the corruption ran. Honestly, we were fooled by the so-called global will to “help” Africa. It took us over a decade to figure out how the system truly worked.

In collaboration with the African Union, we also launched the African Food Basket Federation—a continental strategy designed to fight hunger and create food security. Hundreds of Millions of lives stood to benefit—families who could finally escape cycles of poverty. That work is now stalled. Partnerships have collapsed. Projects are frozen. And people are suffering.

Eventually, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the African Union and restarted from scratch. By the time I was incarcerated, the total value of the projects we had accumulated in 55 African countries exceeded $1 trillion.

 Also don’t hesitate to ask; Mr Cobus Van Zyl in South Africa, about the huge projects we were handling in many African countries in the energy field too.

Titanium Capital’s infrastructure supported tens of thousands of employees and their families around the world. Their livelihoods were sustained by the projects we managed—educational institutions, technology hubs, green energy farms. And all of that was disrupted in a single sweep—based on false accusations and coordinated obstruction.

I can bear my own suffering—cut off from all my resources, business, friends, and family. I was not even allowed to attend my own mother’s funeral. The relentless and public lies about me and this case—I’ve had to endure. But what grieves me most is what’s happening to so many people around the world because of what’s happening to me.

And for what? Because some people do not like what I do…or because I shouldn’t be doing what I do. Is it because I come from a small country named Lebanon, and I do not have a royal blood, nor backed by any politicians????

Interviewer: Why do you think this has happened to you?

Dr. Abdo: Because some people couldn’t allow that kind of impact without them controlling it. Human greed—and I believe, racism, maybe also anti-Arab sentiment, I don’t know how evil people think to be honest.

That’s the core issue. This is about greed, and yes, racism.

Unfortunately, some people believe that someone without political backing or royal blood couldn’t—or even shouldn’t —generate billions. But just look around—some websites are easily valued for hundreds of millions of dollars, websites that do not add any value for humanity except informing us what few public figures have eaten for lunch, and what they will be doing in the afternoon. Shouldn’t we be evaluated for much more, for the added values we are providing? I mean “Why not us?”

Interviewer: Let’s return to the allegations. There’s a claim that you orchestrated a Ponzi scheme.

Dr. Abdo: Absurd. (laughing) They say I created a Ponzi scheme in America… then listed myself as the owner, CFO, and director. Seriously? Who would do that? And that I kept traveling in and out of the U.S. asking for money? What foolish person would take such risks? They say I benefited personally by a few hundred thousand?

Look—the first account I opened in the U.S. was with Goldman Sachs in 2006—$43 million. In Malaysia, my first account held over $14 million. Since then, we’ve launched global projects, sponsored major global events, and invested hundreds of millions.

And now I’m going to start a Ponzi scheme???? And for what? Just to benefit from few hundreds of thousands (spits in disgust) Shameful.

Interviewer: So what happened?

Dr. Abdo: First, they claimed in front of the judge, I was fleeing the country, when I knew that there was an investigation. But the truth is , I was the one rushing to U.S. embassies in multiple countries to renew my visa—so I could return to the U.S. to clear my name. In fact, I came to the US three times to sort the situation, after I knew about the investigation.

Interviewer: Let’s get into some details please

Dr Abdo: They arrested me at the airport in November 2023. Confiscated my devices without a warrant. An FBI agent lied under oath to keep me in custody. The FBI agent had the chance to investigate with me directly, but cowardly, decided not do so, though I was available all the time. The prosecutor lied to the magistrates. One lie after another, to all the people who tried to assist me; all this to stop me from being released on bond, and they succeeded in doing so for 77 days.

And I was imprisoned for 77 days: leaving me to die, without any medical care.

And the lies didn’t stop. Even after I was out, they continued misleading the judge in every hearing and motion. They doubled the number of alleged investors, falsely claimed that none of our entities were active, that we had no employees, and even denied the existence of the students in our university.

Also claimed that we have a fake portfolio. (Laughing) I starting to have doubts myself, I started questioning myself if I even existed, till I saw myself again in the mirror.

When I was finally released on bond, I discovered that all my accounts—across the world, including my crypto—had been frozen. I was stranded in the United States, , surviving on the generosity of friends and family.

I couldn’t even hire an attorney capable of defending me against the United States justice system. Every time I try to hire one, something happens; do you know how many judges were changed during the process of my case?

Interviewer: But you pled guilty to the charges?

Dr. Abdo: Let me state this unequivocally: I am not guilty of their charges. I am completely innocent, and I insist on it, and if given the fair circumstances, I can still prove it.

I told my lawyer I would not plead guilty.I do not not lie, he said ,but if I plea guilty, I would only be admitting to having “received $15,000 from an investor and sent my address for someone to meet me.” These were true. He said it was the only way to “buy time” to prepare my defense. He promised to accept responsibility for his lack of preparation and immediately file a motion to withdraw the plea.

I didn’t receive my accounting books until the day of the trial. They lied to the judge, claiming they had released them earlier.How could I defend myself on financial charges without the actual numbers?

So I did what my attorney asked me to do.

The truth is, I am the largest investor in the fund in question. I deposited twice the amount they claim I “took.” But I’ve never had a chance to prove it.

By “coincidence” the prosecution canceled most of their witnesses, when they learned how we would disprove them.

They never brought in a forensic accountant.

They did not subpoena any of my witnesses. They threatened me that they will imprison one of my witnesses and his family and they would go to deportation. And they tried to expose the private lives of four female witnesses that I respect and honor—which is completely against my ethics.

My lawyer—who consulted with me only 48 hours before trial—told me to admit to receiving the $15,000. That was it. He never filed the motion to withdraw. For 79 days after trial, I called and emailed him. Nothing was done as promised, nothing was filed, in front of the court

Then, two weeks before sentencing, I learned he no longer even worked for the law firm that I hired.

A new lawyer was assigned. Sentencing was delayed. And I was incarcerated again on April 4, 2025. Interviewer: What are your expectations now?

Dr. Abdo: I still believe in the integrity of the federal judge. He has over three decades of experience. I trust that he will do justice. The truth is, I’ve never even been allowed to present the evidence that demonstrates their lies and clearly proves my innocence. If not my ultimate faith is in the highest supreme judge, the creator of heavens and earth

Interviewer: What would you like to say to the world?

-For all who already know me and has supported me through this injustice—I am so deeply grateful.

-For my investors, please remember—I am the biggest investor in this fund.  My investors are my family and closest friends. No matter what happens, we are doing everything we can to protect and return their funds.

-For people who owe me money, and happy that I am in this situation, so they would escape easily with my money; I simply tell them: who laughs last, laughs best

-For the ones attacking me and accusing me, even without knowing what is going on,, I remind them that there is a true living GOD above, Who can see everyone and can hear every one, and can act. (Psalms 33:13)

Interviewer: Any last words?

Dr. Abdo: Just this:

As a servant of Jehovah God, the Supreme Judge of all earth, I place my full trust in His justice. He sees the truth of my heart, my will, and my innocence.
